2010 - Gift ideas for everyone ~!

Headache over what present to buy for some special occasion?
I've compiled a list of items that suits everyone.

For the organized ones

Bling Hangit $19.90 at Mono Yono

This can hold up to 28 pairs of earrings and 24 necklaces. Prevent jewellery from tangling up

Porta Bag Handbag Insert $19.95 at Howard's Storage World

Cool item that makes finding things, especially small items a breeze. One can also find transferring bag less troublesome.

For the DIY ones

How about a cheap and funky 2010 glasses to start the year? Haha. Taken from a rather cute website that introduced a lot of DIY stuff. Together with this, maybe can also make a home cook dish. So heartwarming!

For the Eco-Friendly ones

Bamboo chopping board from Choose recommended by variety show City Beat.

PS: Sometimes, I felt that shopping for gifts for friends are quite a tough chores. At times, I tend to buy things which I fancy instead of thinking what the other party actually wants. Some people gets upset when they don't received the things they have in mind so they felt it's best to tell the whole world about their wish list, at the same time this would spoil the surprise. Some people "recycled" their gifts, even though they don't need that things, they wrapped it up as a gift and pass on to someone else. No matter what, I felt that buying gifts for others is just an action to show that that person matters to me and I think of him/her and put him/her as a friend that I treasure. I do felt very happy even if the gift is not very expansive. Like the customized chocolate i get from my FSC who went overseas. it's really a sweet gesture to showed that I'm being remembered even when she is overseas. If you state too specifically what you want, why don't you just get it yourself? That's why if people ask me what I want, at most I would just drop a slight hint, at least there's variety. Other then that, if they continued asking, my reply would be, "buy me a car??" which is impossible la. LOL.
