Christmas Eve dinner at (The Connoisseur Concerto) TCC Millenia Walk

We had a last minute decision to make a trip to Millenia Walk TCC for our Christmas dinner. Have wanted to go to The Jewel Box at Mount Faber this Christmas but never really put that in plan thus did not make any reservation at all. The next place that comes to my mind was TCC as I remembered seeing the e-mailer they sent to my e-mail on their Christmas set menu which looks so yummy.

This is the e-mailer that I received. I was attracted to their Santa Smile and Nutte Winter and Turkey and realised I've never ate Turkey during Christmas before. Thus, I thought gotta try it somehow. Suggested to Lis and she got Jason to make the reservation.

Soup of the day.

The cute couple

The old couple.

Santa Smile and Lis at the background busy taking photos.

The Santa Smile wasn't that nice to drink.

Pre-main course dish.

My Nutte Winter. When it came, I was a bit disappointed. It looks kinda plain compared to the picture in the e-mailer and it suddenly dawned on me that there's no gingerbread man on my Nutte Winter! Ah, where has my cute little gingerbread man gone? Asked the waiter and he just reply me by saying it has probably melted into the drink. =( Wanted to asked him to bring one out but decided not to be so fussy about it.

That's my main course. Quite usual. Bf took the Turkey Triumph and I tried a few pieces of the turkey meat but didn't quite liked it.

Dessert was passion-choco Bells and my gingerbread man! Apart from the outer chocolate bell and fruits, the rest of the dessert taste awful. The passion fruits inside the chocolate bells was too sour for me and my friends. The gingerbread had a strong taste of ginger which I hated.

However awful the dessert is, it still looks presentable for a photo.

And it was nicely decorated.

Me and gingerbread man. reminded me of the gingerbread man in Shrek. Anyway, this photo of me was edited using my iPhone (amazing apps, shall write a review on the app one day), thus the smooth complexion.

After dinner, the last photo with the snowball Christmas tree at Suntec before we parted ways. Didn't join them for partying at Butter Factory instead went home for a silent countdown. Cause we the old couple have no energy left for party late till the night anymore. Merry Christmas~!
