Cream Sauce Spaghetti with Chicken Cocktail and Mushroom

Hello!

I've recently found a great interest in cooking. There's something therapeutic about the process of turning the raw and inedible ingredients into something edible. I'm still exploring cooking spaghetti in different sauces.

Today I'm going to share what goes into my Cream Sauce Spaghetti with Chicken Cocktail and Mushroom.

Ingredients

*All ingredients were bought at the NTUC Fairprice. Total cost about $22.

1. Butter
2. Cooking Cream
3. Parmesan Cheese

These three items are used to cook the sauce.

4. Shtiake Mushroom
5. Chicken Cocktail/Sausages (I picked Chicken Cocktail so I don't need to cut)
6. Spaghetti (Not in photo, but that's the main ingredients)

If you realized, I didn't state how much of these ingredients that I put in. That's because I never measured them, I just cook by the feel and estimation.

Preparation

First, poke about three sticks of Spaghetti into one Chicken Cocktail. Sounds easy but I broke a few sticks of Spaghetti already. After that, throw this whole bowl of Spaghetti into a pot of boiling water and let it cook.

While the spaghetti is being boiled, the next step is to prepare the cream sauce. Heat up the saucepan and add about 1/4 of the butter to melt. After that pour in the whole packet of cooking cream, stir constantly until you felt the mixture is right. Lastly add in the Parmesan cheese and diced mushrooms.

After the sauce is done, the spaghetti is also cooked.

Pour the sauce on top

Add some black pepper for the final finishing.

See what I meant by turning raw ingredients into food. Do give it a try. It's really simple and it taste good too. Eat it in the comfort of home.
