Danny Loong, CEO and Founder of Timbre Group, expressed his excitement about Timbre Pizza's expansion and its impact on the F&B scene. "Timbre's pizzas have always been a beloved part of our menus, and their ok popularity has contributed to our strong presence in the delicious pizzas to an even wider audience across diverse communities in Singapore."

Here's what we had for the night accompanied with live band playing in the background at the Timbre+ outlet. The pizza here are served thin-crusted.

The Half & Half (choice of any two pizza flavours). For us, we had the combination of Nasi Lemak and Roasted Duck. Inspired by Singapore's diversity of races and cultures, beside these two flavours we tried, there are also Tom Yum Seafood, Chili Crab and Beef Rendang that are part of our local favorites' cuisines. The Nasi Lemak Pizza comes with homemade sambal sauce with onions topped with fried anchovies and papadum. I find it a bit too saltish instead of spicy, would prefer if there's more onions. The Roasted Duck Pizza on the other hand is a sweeter version with the hoisin sauce. The main ingredients are roasted duck breast meat, sauteed shiitake mushroom, topped with mozzarella and crispy popiah skins. The crispy popiah skins really provides a good crunch while the roasted duck can be a little dry.

Timbre Pizza also partnered with leading local bands such as Awi Rafael, SuperSonic and 53A to introduce a new range of signature band pizzas. These three exclusive pizza were inspired and co-crafted by the band/artist according to their unique personalities. Timbre Pizza also came up with a great initiative in which a percentage of the sales of these signature band pizzas will goes into a dedicated fund for each band/artist to provide support in their musical endeavours such as recording, touring and promoting their music. By enjoying these pizzas, diners can now plays a part in helping to keep music alive and nurturing the growth of local music talents.

Runaway by Awi Rafael is perfect for meat lover as it features beef con carne, chicken cheese sausage and pepperoni with jalapenos for that spicy kick. Of all the pizza, I felt this is the most spicy one.

Sonic Boom by SuperSonic is my favourite which features succulent diced chicken coated in homemade spiced butter sauce and topped with onion, pepper and green chilli.

Spicy Philly Cheesesteak by 53A has tender beef steak smothered in melted cheese and an egg in the middle. My friend's favourite and it kind of feels like eating murtabak.

We also tried the Beef Rillette Rendang which is Fettuccine tossed in traditional rendang sauce and topped with slow cooked beef rillette. This is quite tasty and I like it.

Finally, for sides, we tried the highlight addictive White Baits.

Prices for Pizzas start from S$10.80 for a 7" pizza and $18.80 onwards for a 12" pizza. From 5 June to 30 June 2023, Timbre Pizza is having a launch promotion where diners can purchase a 12" pizza at a special promotional price of just S$18!
