Thanks to the Twelve days of Christmas so even though today is already the 4th of January, having a gift exchange with my poly mates didn't seems to be too late for the season at all.
Dinner was set at Mad For Garlic which is the first visit to this restaurant for all of us. Did a little research and found out that this restaurant actually originates from Korea but it seems nothing like a Korean Restaurant. In fact, the atmosphere is rather that of a Medieval European tavern.
The dishes are pretty great with large serving portion. Other than the Suicide Rice that my friends all commented that the Garlic taste is a bit too overpowering (but I love the crispy fried garlic), the rest of the dishes are all very nice. We spotted Garlic Ice-Cream on the Menu but none of us dare to order and try it. Haha. Read my review here.
After our dinner and as usual chit-chatting till the last order, we have our Christmas gift exchange just outside the restaurant. That's the four of us with our presents to be taken back.
