Rainbow cakes I've seen a lot but this is the first time I've seen a rainbow Kueh Lapis and they even come in the shaped of a Christmas tree for this Christmas season only! This is really a unique selling point and I can't wait to try it. With a hint of vanilla and cinnamon flavour, their rainbow kueh lapis seems like the perfect fusion of paranakan and modern pastries. It doesn't appear to be too oily too unlike the traditional kueh lapis which are usually fattening at large.

Bake & Take

For Bake & Take, they have cakes, tarts and macarons. This is great for any type of parties that you may have. Excellent for those with a sweet tooth.

Chatbox sells ice-cream cakes, yogurt ice-cream cakes and even mousse log cakes especially for Christmas. Mr Rich Bakery

A popular brand in Hong Kong, Mr Rich Bakery has a special story behind its brand. This ordinary guy (before he became Mr Rich), spent hours experimenting the baking recipes of cookies for his fiancee's birthday as she loves pastry and delicacies. When he present his handmade cookies at the party, it was so delicious that one of the guests set up a Mr Rich Instagram page, posted the photos and from then he became the famous pastry chef overnight!

The pink tin of this butter cookies comes in 5 different flavours namely, New Zealand Butter, Blue Mountain Coffee, Chocolate Marshmellow. Caramel Matcha and Coffee Almond.

I've personally got a tin and tried out the cookies myself. I love how the cookies are not too sweet and I can keep having them without getting sick of them. The different flavours of cookies also have different texture. My favourite is the butter flavour, it's almost melt in the mouth while the rest are more solid. The sole use of natural, imported ingredients and New Zealand butter ensures the cookies standard and quality.

Even my mum couldn't resist and successful took over the whole tin of cookies from me. She loves the fragrance and taste of the Blue Mountain Coffee flavor the most.
