Jean Yip too good to be true deal ?!

This deal at BigDeal.sg seems too good to be true right? Unlimited Sessions for S$ 129.00 only! Previously I have a very pleasant experience at Stripe which I have yet to blog about. Read post here. However, their IPL session cost $300 per session. Too expansive already. Under the temptation, decided to get this deal and try it out.

Stepped into their outlet and immediately, I knew I was in for big trouble. Their selling tactic is super exaggeration. The manager who helped me to arranged even follow me into the treatment room and keep saying I need to add on a whitening treatment and that this unlimited session is best for follow up maintenance only  and for my hair growth I need to have at least two sessions per month. She just keep on nagging and nagging non stop until the treatment is starting before she finally leave the room and left me and the therapist.

The whole session is the same like the rest. First she will ask you to wear a goggle like protective gear to protect your eyes from the strong light that will emit out from the machine. Next, they will spread a thick layer of cooling gel onto the area that will be zapped. Following on, she will use the machine and zap zap zap that area. Every zap you will feel a small pinch. The higher the density of the zap, the more effective I supposed. Lastly, after the zapping, she will apply that thick layer of cooling gel again. The whole process is so fast and simple yet it's so costly. Sometimes, I really wonder why on earth do hair grows at that area and why did it became an unglam sight if ladies have hair at that area but so manly for guys. I shall observe my hair growth before deciding if Jean Yip is a good place to invest my money on or not.
