I really love this place. I wish I can hold a party up there at the Sands Sky Park be it for my birthday or other special occasion in the near future or it would also be nice if I got an invitation up there too. When bf's bike drove pass this stretch of road, I just got an amazingly feeling as if I'm a tourist in Singapore.
Ahh, the Casino! However this is not the purpose of me coming here.
My main purpose here is to activate my Premier Advantage card. Bf also did his on the spot.
Interestingly, found that there's a Sampan ride inside the mall.
It was already closed for the day so a photo of the Sampan.

After we got our card, we went to swipe our card at the designated kiosk to get ourselves entered into the hourly lucky draw. We stayed till the whole thing ends at 10pm but not lucky enough to get the chance to spin the wheel.
The host brings up the spirit by saying, "左手是正财，右手是偏财，把两只手拍在一起就财源滚滚！" That's how to get the audiences to clap our hands
While waiting for the 10pm draw, we went to have our dinner.

Halfway while eating, a loud splash was heard giving me a fright. We found out the source come from the fountain beside us. Water was gashing out from the top to the fountain here.

127 HOURS is based on the true story of Aron Ralston's (acted by James Franco) remarkable adventure to save himself after a falling boulder crashes on his right arm and traps him in an isolated slot canyon in Utah. He soon realized that shouting for help was an unpractical move as nobody would be able to hear him and he's just wasting his energy. During the time he was trapped, he recalls friends, lovers(Clemence Poesy), family, and the two hikers (Amber Tamblyn and Kate Mara) he met before his accident. He also blame himself for not informing anybody, not even his mother of where he's going. Upon this reflection, he realized that what he have done led him to this ordeal and give him the thoughts that he was destined to die alone in the canyon.
Luckily he has a strong will to live. He tried all methods to escape. He tried to chip off the boulder, cut his arm, stab at his arm but couldn't cut through his bone. It was only until Day 5, when he gathers the courage and break the bones of his arm before cutting his arm with the dull knife and escaped.
127 HOURS is a thrilling story that take us to a never before experienced journey and prove what we can do when we choose to live.
