Spot the 4 Ferrero Rocher pyramids from the outside!

Ferrero, producer of the World's most well known praline Ferrero Rocher, launched its first Southeast Asia boutique Pasticceria Ferrero at this pop up store just outside Wisma Atrium on 26 November 2014.

Was glad to have the opportunity to attend the official opening. Big thanks to Shu Qing for extending her invites. Among the media, we also witness a group of supporters for Joanne Peh waiting patiently for their favourite artiste to appear.

From Left to Right, Rudy Sequeira, Managing Director, SEA, Ferrero Asia Ltd who opened the ceremony earlier with a short speech was joined in the cutting of the ribbon by the newly wed MediaCorp artistes Joanne Peh and Qi Yuwu and Leonardo Perrone, Marketing Director, South East Asia. Now we are all ready to enter the very posh looking Pasticceria Ferrero.

This is how luxurious the inside of the Pasticceria Ferrero boutique looks. The distinctive aroma of the Ferrero Rocher chocolates and the warmth light from the chandelier makes me want to stay inside forever!

At the event, the longstanding and unique heritage of Ferrero was also unveiled. Ferrero Rocher is made only with the highest quality ingredients, beginning with the hand-picking of the finest of hazelnuts which form the heart of Rocher. The creations are then covered with decadent chocolate bringing the fine art of Italian creation to life.

Two Ferrero Chefs, Luca Dellapiana and Alessandria Davide were especially flown in from Italy to lead a live demonstration of the making of Ferrero Rocher to all the captivated audience.

Joanne Peh shared with us fondly of how she would be mesmerized by the Ferrero Rocher advertisement on TV and how she look forward to eating the chocolate layer by layer.

Next it was the couple's turn to create their own individual precious gift for each other. Qi Yuwu mentioned that he has never given any chocolate for Joanne as a gift before so that night would be the first time.

These includes Ferrero Tenderly White, Ferrero Cappucino, Ferrero Tenderly Nougat, Ferrero Manderly, Mon Cheri, Pocket Coffee, Kusschen White, Kusschen Milk, Kusschen Dark, Raffaello and Ferrero Rondnoir - the latter 2 pralines are currently part of the assortment in the Ferrero Collection.
