It's sharing and crazy gifting time this coming Christmas ! ~ !

Hello my dear readers, I hope everyone is enjoying December as much as I am so far. I'm really looking forward and counting down to Christmas time! Well, talking about the festive season, every festival somehow has an iconic food items that comes along. For example, during the Mid-Autumn Festival, we would savour the mooncakes while admiring the moon. During the Dragon Boat Festival, we would eat rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo leaves (粽子) while commemorating the death of poet Qu Yuan (屈原).

So what's the iconic food item for Christmas other than the log cake and turkey? To me, it's something rectangular and wrapped in a red and white colour packaging. Sounds like our Singapore flag? Can you guys guess what it is? No? Okay, another bigger clue. When you opened up the packaging, you would be greeted by two bars of crisp waffle covered up with a layer of tasty chocolate. Yummy, are you guys craving to have one in your hand right now? I am. For those who still hasn't got it, don't worry, I shall now reveal the answer which is also in their most famous tagline.

"Have a Break, have a Kit Kat!"
YAY! It's Kit Kat that I'm referring to! Kit Kat is my all time favourite snacks to munch on and it's always so easy to find a reason to bite into one. Like I would say, "Oh, I had such a busy day, I want to have a break, let me have my Kit Kat first." I declare Kit Kat as an iconic food item of Christmas as it's in the Christmas colour - Red and White! Look at Santa Claus, look at the Candy Cane, what do they both have in common? Both are in Red and White! Just like Kit Kat!

Good news to fans of Kit Kat in Singapore, they are now on Facebook! Their very own Kit Kat Singapore page. While Kit Kat has been delighting chocolate lovers all over the World for 75 years, this page was just started quite recently this year. So do check out their facebook page for photos and updates. Let the Singapore fans of Kit Kat all unite and share the joy!

Right over at their Facebook page again, I suggest that you guys should try out their app - Christmas CrazyPrezzies. It's a cute Gashapon machine whereby one pull down the handle (instead of putting in coins) to generate up to 13 different greetings which can be shared with your Facebook friends easily. Try as many times as you like as it's unlimited and who knows you might stand a chance to win a FREE KIT KAT (which can only be drawn once and shared with 1 recipient). So with that, I leave it to you guys to have fun spamming the walls of your friends with some of those silly and interesting E-messages. Stay tune in my next blog post for more updates of what messages I get and to whom I sent it to. Tata and good night peeps!
