PropQuest Launches New Innovation in Singapore's property Market: First-ever Public Transport Based Property Search Engine

Singapore's premier online property search portal PropQuest has launched brand-new features that add value to users as well as property agents. For users like prospective home buyers or tenants, they can now get full public transport guides on how to reach their end destinations from the new properties. Location is one of the factor that home buyers usually look at. PropQuest's Home Select search feature is able to filters the search results by stating all the public transport modes available based on individual preferences. These include bus; MRT; and even upcoming transport via under-construction MRT station. Users will know the exact bus number to take - and at which bus stop. Even the total travelling time is calculated. Basically, it's all the information a user needs at a glance.

Another important factor that home buyers and tenants will consider when deciding on a location is the number of facilities in the vicinity. Users can get very detailed information on how to reach the different landmarks from their properties. Whether, it can be reached by walking or public transport. This unique feature allow users to make an even more informed decision and understand the neighborhood even better.

There will also be a real-time chat that allows users to connect with agents. PropQuest is also available in mobile app, so users can access the features on the go.

Providing beneficial support for property agents

PropQuest has four features in particular that will heighten the work productivity for property agents.

#1 Project Comparison Report: With this feature, agents can compare up to five projects using search criteria such as tenure, age, facilities, transaction price and rate, rental price and rate, and so on. The websites work on mobile devices and can be discovered by phone users. Charts and maps can be easily embedded.

#4 Mortgage Loan Comparison: Agents can selectively turn on the mortgage loan comparison plugin for their listings. When users apply for a loan through their listings, they will receive referral fees.
