Released in May 2009, 'Star Trek' is the eleventh film based on the infamous sci-fi franchise, directed for the first time by J. J. Abrams and produced by Damon Lindelof and Bryan Burk. The movie delves into the back stories of its most famous characters, including Captain James T. Kirk, played by Chris Pine, and Mr. Spock, played by Zachary Quinto.

Why I want to watch the movie?

I've watched the trailer.

I've read about the reviews.

Now I intend to go to the cinema, watch the movie and just enjoy myself.

I hope this movie will marks a new beginning for my interest in other science fiction movies.
