[REVIEW] Ultimate Ears Introduces UE ROLL

I can't go a day without listening to music. I listened to all kind of music, as long as they are nice. I have a playlist for k-pop songs, those are my happy beats that keeps me feeling full of positive energy although I have absolutely no idea what the lyrics are about. I have Chinese and English playlist that I can sing along to and I have instrumental music playlist that can helps me to stay calm and focus.

I was introduced to this powerful pint-sized wireless Bluetooth® speaker known as the UE ROLL from Ultimate Ears, a brand of Logitech. This super cool gadget brings my love for music up another level as I can blast music wherever and whenever I goes.

It's so portable, it fits my palm perfectly. It has a height of 40mm, diameter of 135mm and weigh just 340 grams. Being so user friendly, there's only three buttons you need to remember. The huge '+' and '-' sign in front is to control the volume and the small button behind to on and off the device.

Thanks to its attachable marine-grade bungee cord, I can hook the UE ROLL to almost all my gear. This is how I hang it on the wall to save space when I'm using it at home.

This is how it was fasten to my bf's bike when we were on the road. Now I don't have to be part-time singer and sing to him when he's driving, he can blast his favourite music too! Hehe. It's simply a great way to connect us to our music. The bungee cord can also be used to fasten to one's swimsuit or hook to the hiking gear so that one can listen to their favourite music while doing outdoor sports too.

The UE Roll boost an awesome 360-degree sound that is loud and crisp with deep bass that busts out incredible beats. So even when we are driving on the road, we can still hear our music if we blast it to the highest volume.

[REVIEW] LOGITECH® K380 MULTI-DEVICE BLUETOOTH® KEYBOARD

Everyday, my job requires me to multitask and become multi-screeners. From using my laptop as the main source for my work, reading my emails, updating my finances and generating quotations on my iPad Mini to sending messages and updating my social media contents from my iPhone. No longer are we bound to just one desk, one device or one operating system.

[REVIEW] LOGITECH® M337 BLUETOOTH® MOUSE

This is the story of a mouse. 

A red Logitech® M337 Bluetooth® Mouse to be exact.

It lets you create on virtually any computing device, whenever and wherever you choose. 

Its programmable navigation button puts smart control into the palm of your hand.

It allows you to switch between applications, change between desktops, do frequent actions such as dragging-and-dropping of files and images, replicate the three-finger swipe gesture that brings up mission control on a Mac computer or bring up Task View on Windows 10.

Sidetrack to my story, I recently bought for myself this red Lenovo laptop and a iPad Mini at the Comex with the thought that if I don't invest and treat myself better now, who would? No one owes you anything, if someone choose to help you, it's a privilege and not their duty and they can stop anytime.

With my new purchase, I can happily surf net and do my blog on my bed. The only issue I had was to use the touch pad on the laptop for navigation. The touch pad is so sensitive that sometimes as I was typing, my palm just accidentally rest on the touch pad and my typing would be shifted to another line.

So I went to search inside one of my treasure box and I found an old wired mouse (Brand removed). This is what I have been using before I get my hands on the Logitech® M337 Bluetooth® Mouse. It's usable but after a few weeks the rubber protection came off and the wire was exposed outside which is rather unsightly.

I was so happy to be given the opportunity to write a review on the Logitech® M337 Bluetooth® Mouse. One of the best features that I like most about the Logitech® M337 Bluetooth® Mouse is the Bluetooth Wireless technology. Connecting the mouse to my laptop is a really an easy process. Unlike Wireless mouse which usually comes with a receiver that you need to plug into one of your USB port, a Bluetooth mouse does not requires that. Thus, keeping a USB port free for other uses.

I also downloaded the Logitech Options Software whereby I can customize the mouse to enhance my user experience. One such function was to swap the left/right button. The mouse is compatible on the following platforms: Windows 7, 8, and 10, Mac OS X 10.8 or later, Chrome OS and Android 3.2 or later.

The Logitech® M337 Bluetooth® Mouse comes in three colour: Black, Blue and Red. Obviously I choose the red one to match my laptop. Love this photos of how the dazzling crystal lights in the SICC ballroom was reflected on my laptop. Love having meetings held outside. Super pretty. Weighing at 82g, it has a dimensions of (L x W x H) 100.5 mm x 61.1 mm x 33mm.

Retailing at $49.00, this is one mouse that I would be most happy to get my hands on.

[LOGITECH] A NIGHT OF MUSICAL MAYHEM AT SANDBANK

Logitech's second sharing session was held at the SandBank located at East Coast Park last week on the 8th September. SandBank has two shallow pools which later became very useful for our mini experiment. You'll soon find out why. Together with a small group of bloggers, we were treated to a sumptuous dinner while Logitech presents their latest products to us. 

It was an exciting sharing session because not one but four products were introduced to us. The 4 products are the UE MEGABOOM and UE ROLL from Ultimate Ears for the music lovers. These are the products that are able to enhance users experience for a lot of us.

After the brief hands-on and learning more about the features of these products, I am eager to try them out on my own. Thus I requested to do a product review for 3 of the items which I felt would come in handy for my laptop and iPad Mini which I recently bought at the Comex.

We took the UE MEGABOOM to the pool for the waterproof test. The beat of the music coming out from the speaker is so strong that even the water started to "dance" to the beat. See the tiny water droplets forming on the left hand side of the photo. When out of water, the UE MEGABOOM is still able to delivers unrivaled sound therefore passing the waterproof test with flying colours.

UE ROLL WIRELESS BLUETOOTH® SPEAKER

Now, shall share about the dinner SandBank prepared for us. We all had chosen our choice of food before hand so they could had time to prepare them.

Mixed Salad of orange, cherry tomato, cucumber onion & raisins with balsamic dressing. I love the freshness and crunchiness of the vegetables mixed together. Healthy start before the main course.

For my main course, I picked the Pan-Seared Salmon served with mashed potato, daily vegetables and teriyaki sauce. It's a little bit dry but still yummy.

For dessert, I had the Chocolate Fudge Cake which taste heavenly. It's a sweet ending to my meal. 

I had an enjoyable night and very much thanks to the people behind that makes this sharing session possible.

[Review] Logitech X300 Bluetooth Speaker

This is the Logitech® X300 Mobile Wireless Bluetooth speaker that I got a chance to get my hands on for reviewing. It is designed for mobility and performance with a mobile theater sound experience.

I brought it to the office one day and tested the sound quality together with my colleagues. We tried playing different genre of music, K-pop for the background music effect and songs that focus more on the vocal. The result was impressive and is able to produce a good bass and clarity. Bluetooth pairing and connectivity is easy to use too. Overall, I find that this is by far one of the best speaker that I have used. 

[Review] Logitech® : Keys-To-Go

Logitech® launched this standalone iPad/iPhone keyboard known as Keys-To-Go somewhere in the last quarter of 2014. Unlike the usual keyboards for iPad that has to be attached to the iPad as a casing, this Keys-To-Go doesn't need to be attached and hence reduces a lot of hassle of changing the casing.

•  Ultra-portable: The Logitech Keys-To-Go is surprisingly thin and light, it doesn't really add on to the extra weight of my bag when I bring it out with me outside. It's ready to use whenever I need it. Simply connect via Bluetooth® to start using it.

Bringing it out with me for photo shoot on V day. Didn't really do much typing here. Incidentally, there's three different colours for the Keys-To-Go, Black, Blue and Red. I've got the red keyboard which matches the red roses well.

Checking my emails while waiting for my food to arrive. If only the iPad can be used to type my blog post, I would be able to do my postings on-the-go with this keys-to-go.

I used it more for minutes taking during meetings at work. It's really convenient and makes typing so much faster. I can complete my minutes straight away instead of just taking down the key points and retyping them at the desktop later.
