Today is Australia Day and it's also LollyTalk's Grand Opening Day. Made my way down to their shop at Plaza Singapura #B2-20 to witness the Aussie Lolly Master Ross and Judy making candies from scratch. There was already a huge crowd in the shop when I reached, many of them are just as curious as me so I only managed to take photos from far.
Tried the complimentary candies that were given out and I must say I simply love the one with the raspberry cream soda flavour. The taste reminds me of my favourite sweet that I used to eat when I was young but after that particular brand of sweet was taken off the shelves, I've never been able to find another sweet with similar taste until today. I'm so glad that I've found back this similar taste. Shall go back to the shop again and buy those candies to stock up just in case my sweet tooth craving acts up.
Not only is this a candy shop that sells sweet, it's also a great place to take photos. Look at their cute mascot, Rocky, one can never missed it if you walked by their shop. It just brings out the happy little kids in everyone.
To conclude this post, let me give LollyTalk a big congratulation on their official grand opening and hopefully, in a few years time, they would be able to open a chain of shops around Singapore and may their business prosper! Huat ah~!
