[Event] MultiColourism | Serangoon Garden Country Club's National Day Celebration

In celebration of Singapore's 54th National Day, Serangoon Garden Country Club organized 'MultiColourism', a full day event filled with activities suitable for the whole family. This family-friendly event was co-sponsored by Nuzest, a website selling premium nutritional supplements. They also had a booth to share about their latest range of Kid's Good Stuff products during the event.

Together with CF and her family, we attended this event so that the girls could hang out together!   We reached there just in time to catch the official opening by Guest-of-Honour Ms Sylvia Lim, Patron of the Club, and MP for Aljunied GRC, Serangoon Division and Vice Chariman of Aljunied-Hougang Town Council.

Happy 54th Birthday, Singapore! I'm so proud and happy to call here my home!

An exciting silat performance.

Balloons for the little ones.

For lunch, we had the Exclusive Singapore Burger set. Experience the Singapore Burger - a juicy beef patty with cheddar cheese, nutty caramelized onions and a sunny side up egg sandwiched between two buttery toasted buns.

For those who don't eat beef, the kitchen had a special arrangement to change the beef patty to chicken.

Every burger is complemented with a packet of homegrown brand The Golden Duck's latest Chilli Crab Seaweed Tempura Chips and either Milo Dinosaurs or Bandung as drinks to go with.

It was supposed to be the Yoga session for the seniors at this timing but since the adults and kids joined in too, the coach had to cater for all. My girl had a fun time running around the colourful yoga mats though.

I guess the main highlights for the girls at this event was this colour paint area where they can grab a brush and start painting.

There was still not much colours on it when we just arrived.

Although it stated that the time limit was 5 minutes but since there were enough brushes to go around, I think we spent a good 30 to 45 minutes there! The girls really enjoyed this free style painting with no restrictions. Oh, and the paints were actually glow-in-the-dark paints as I saw some postings from others at the Instagram where the whole thing glowed. Such a pretty sight but too bad we only stayed till late afternoon before we had to rush back for another event.

When they say kids have endless energy, it is true. After the painting, they were back to their running and crawling around the yoga mats again! Haha, that's how they play and bond together. Really happy to see the girls enjoying themselves.

Next, we went to explore the children indoor play area. It was a room with toys for the kids to play. Even though Leticia wanted to play at the pool, she was so nice to accompany Rena as Rena was not ready to play with the water yet,

We did went to the outdoor pool area to play before we left this place. My girl loves this place so much that she doesn't even want to leave after playing with the water. Had to lie to her that the place is closing and the door was locked when she requested to go back to the indoor playground.

For those who are interested, you may enquire to join them as members, but it's too far for me to go down regularly. Was glad to receive the invitation for this event. Thank you.
