An Apple a day keeps the doctor away is an old folks wisdom passed down from generation to generation and that is not without valid reasons. Currently, this is the only supplements that I am taking and actually, this is all that I need. Just need to mix 1 teaspoon of the powder to either cold or hot water and that will be the equivalent of 2kg of apples. The only products that can stand stomach acid and also hot water.
