My day is fully scheduled today. 11-12pm went for my 8th driving lesson. Instructor today mood don't seems very good. Not like his usual joking mood de. So serious. Make me scared and lost my cool. Nothing new was learn today. Just the normal on the road driving. So boring!
After that, went home, prepare a bit and went our again with my parents to the Hort Park. The 3rd CAN! event is held there. It's also the Clean and Green 2010 carnival there. Meet Lis, her colleague Cyn and bf there. Just nice the four of us will also be going for the A*Mei's concert next year. Hehe. For this event, we brought our collections of plastic bottles and tetra packs for recycling. There's a machine for us to put those recyclables in and in exchanged we get a lucky draw coupon. You can never imagine how much bottles some people collected. It's so much that the organizers have to limit to one person 20 bottles if not I think some of them can stand there the whole day just putting the bottles inside the machine. There's also some games stalls and flea market over there selling "green" thingy like organic food, energy savings appliances. I bought myself a hair dryer there for $14 which I considered cheap. At the CAN! Green event, we make a painting of our hands and also growing a herb in a plastic bottle. Mine is a spices used for cooking. After that, we found a spot and we had a mini picnic. Thanks to Cyn for bringing the foods she made and Lis for the drinks. I didn't stayed for the lucky draws cause I need to go attend Marie's birthday celebration at Icon.
Father drove me there. I couldn't find my way even though I've reached. After I finally reached it was already quite late. Everyone was eating and I faster get somethings to eat too. However, not long after I settled down, it was time to go already. The saddest thing is today I couldn't hitch a free ride home and had to take the MRT back. So sad.
