[MOVIE] Preview Screening of School Tales เรื่องผีมีอยู่ว่า

Every school will bound to have their own horror tales that were being passed down from the seniors to the juniors.

In this Thai horror movie, School Tales directed by Pass Patthanakumjon, a group of band members stayed back in the school for rehearsal and decided to share the spooky stories they know and test them out themselves to see how real the stories are. The group split into pairs to explore three different parts of their school compound.

SPOOKY TALE #1 - THE GHOST WHO KEPT ASKING 'WHERE?'

Top and Net explored the old school building to look for the ghost of a former school boy called Yak who had fallen from the stairs and died. Any person who goes there at night would heard his spirit asking, 'where'.

SPOOKY TALE #2 - THE GHOST WHO GOES 'SHHH'

Song and Pete explored the ghost in the school library who appears when you scream in the empty library. The ghost with a hideous face would 'shhh' that person with the silence action

SPOOKY TALE #3 - THE GHOST WHO APPEARS WHEN YOU PLAY A SERIES OF NOTES ON THE FLUTE

The two girls, May and Cream explored the old music room to summon the ghost of Pawadee by blowing a series of nine specific musical notes on the flute and staring at the mirror.

SPOOKY TALE #4 - THE TWIST IN THE END

It was later revealed that the ghosts all have some unfinished purpose to settle thus their spirits still lingers in the school building. The stories also revolved around common problems students or even teachers faced in school, such as bullying, spreading malicious rumours and out-casting another person. It was thus the students mission to help the ghosts to settle their unfinished purpose and only until then, they can all find peace.

There is also a twist at the end of the movie which I shall not reveal. The horror element is minimum but there is a nice mystery plot which I appreciate even better after discussing with my friends at the end of the movie.

Big thanks to Meryl for bringing me along to this movie preview.

XOXO
